Get your files to us and pick your display up on the way to load-in — or we'll deliver it to your hotel. Rush turnaround is available on most display products; call and we'll tell you straight whether your date is doable.

We review every file for free before it runs. Big formats are forgiving on resolution — you're viewing them from six feet away, not six inches — but here's what we check.

Trade Show Printing FAQs
How fast can I get a trade show banner printed in San Diego?
Standard turnaround on display products is 3–5 business days. Rush is available on most items — retractable banners and vinyl banners are the fastest. Call (619) 955-0645 with your show date and we'll tell you what's realistic before you order.
Do retractable banner stands come with the stand?
Yes. Our retractable banners include the stand, base and a padded travel bag. If you already own a stand, we can print a replacement graphic to fit it — just tell us the exact width and height of your current banner.
What size should a step and repeat backdrop be?
8'×8' is the standard for a photo wall behind two or three people. Go 8'×10' if you want groups in the shot. We print matte so the flash from phone cameras doesn't blow out your logos.
Can you deliver to the San Diego Convention Center?
We deliver free anywhere in San Diego County on orders over $500, and we're about 15 minutes from downtown. Convention halls have their own receiving and drayage rules, so tell us your show and we'll work out whether it's easier to deliver, meet you at the dock, or have you grab it from the shop.
Do you design the booth graphics, or do I need my own files?
Either way works. Send print-ready files and we'll review them free. No designer? Our in-house design team can build the artwork for a fee — send us your logo and what you want it to say.
