Why Event Planners Call Us
🎨 One shop, one look
Banner, programs, table tents and badges printed on the same equipment from the same files. Your colors match across every piece in the room.
⏱️ We hit the date
Your event date doesn't move, so neither does ours. We plan backward from your load-in and tell you the truth about what's possible.
🔍 Free file review
We check resolution, bleed and color before a sheet runs. Typos on a seating chart are the one thing we can't catch — everything else, we do.

Event Printing FAQs
Can you print event signs the same day in San Diego?
Yes, on many products. Order or call by 10 AM and we'll do our best to have banners, foam board signs, flyers and programs ready for same-day pickup or local delivery. Call (619) 955-0645 and we'll tell you straight whether your job fits.
What size should a welcome sign be?
24"×36" on an easel is the standard for a check-in or welcome sign — readable from across a lobby without dominating the room. 18"×24" works for directional and table-area signs.
Do you make the big head cutouts for graduations and sports?
We do — they're one of our favorite things to print. Send a high-resolution photo with a clean background and we'll print and custom-cut it on foam board. They show up at grad parties, senior nights and school games all over San Diego.
Do you deliver to event venues?
Free local delivery on orders over $500 anywhere in San Diego County — hotels, banquet halls, schools, parks. Tell us the venue and the time you need it there and we'll work it out.
Can you design the signage if I only have a logo?
Yes. Our in-house design team can build event artwork for a fee. Send your logo, colors and what each sign needs to say, and we'll lay it out.
What outdoor signage holds up in San Diego weather?
Coroplast and PVC for rigid signs, 13 oz. vinyl for banners, mesh vinyl anywhere wind is a factor. Foam board is indoor-only — it warps if it gets damp, so keep it out of the marine layer.
Tell Us the Date.
Send us your event date, venue and what you need printed. We'll come back with a quote and a timeline that works.
Thanks. Let's get printing. — Mike MacDonald, MAC Printing
