Preliminaries

Pricing is based on several factors including the type of product, quantity ordered, print size, number of ink colors, turnaround time, and any finishing options (lamination, folding, cutting, etc.). We offer volume discounts — the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. For a custom quote, use our online pricing calculator or contact us directly.

Minimum order quantities vary by product. Most standard items such as business cards and flyers have a minimum of 25–50 units. Large-format prints and specialty items may have different minimums. We strive to accommodate small orders — just ask us and we'll do our best to help. Yes, our minimum order is $40.
We recommend submitting print-ready PDF files whenever possible, as they preserve fonts, images, and layout reliably. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files. For best results, embed all fonts, set images to at least 300 DPI, use CMYK color mode, and include 0.125" bleed on all sides. Avoid submitting Word, PowerPoint, or screen-resolution JPEG files.  The optimal file type is a PDF. We also accept JPEG, AI, EPS, PNG, and TIFF formats.
No problem! Our in-house design team can create a professional design for you. We offer design services for all of our print products. Just share your ideas, brand guidelines, and any existing materials, and we'll handle the rest. Design fees apply and vary by project complexity. Also you can upload any designs you already have or use something like Canva.  *Make sure to Print the Design as PDF Print when you download.
Generally, we do not recommend using images sourced from the internet for print projects. Most web images are 72–96 DPI, which will appear blurry or pixelated when printed. Print requires a minimum of 300 DPI. Additionally, images found online may be protected by copyright. We recommend using licensed stock photography or providing your own high-resolution images.

Yes, you can obtain a high-resolution photograph or illustration from several stock websites including pixabay.com, shutterstock.com and unsplash.com. You may also be able to obtain images from Google and other search engines. Images from standard websites are generally low-resolution and won't print correctly.

File Preperation

All images intended for print should be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Images that look sharp on screen at 72–96 DPI will appear blurry or pixelated in print. If you're unsure about your image resolution, our prepress team can review your files before printing.

Bleed refers to extending artwork and background colors 0.125" (1/8") beyond the edge of your document. During the cutting process, slight shifts can occur. Bleed ensures there are no white edges or borders on the finished piece. Any design element that touches the edge of the page should extend into the bleed area.

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the color mode used for print. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens and digital displays. Submitting files in RGB can cause color shifts when converted to CMYK for printing. We strongly recommend setting your file to CMYK before submitting to ensure the most accurate color reproduction.

Yes! We perform a standard preflight check on all submitted files before printing. If we detect any issues — such as low resolution, missing fonts, incorrect color mode, or insufficient bleed — we will contact you before proceeding. For complex projects, we also offer a detailed file review service.

Turnaround and Shipping

Standard turnaround times vary by product: business cards typically take 2–3 business days, flyers and brochures 3–5 business days, and large-format prints 2–4 business days. Rush options are available for most products. Turnaround time begins after file approval and payment confirmation, not at the time of order placement.

Yes, local pickup is available at our facility. Once your order is complete, you'll receive a notification that it's ready. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. We're conveniently located and can typically have your order ready sooner when you choose pickup over shipping.

We take great care in packaging all orders to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to reprint or refund your order promptly.

Proofing and Quality

Yes, we offer both digital PDF proofs and physical hard-copy proofs. A digital proof is included free of charge with every order and must be approved before we proceed to print. Physical proofs are available for an additional fee and are recommended for large or color-critical print runs. Approving a proof confirms you accept the design and any errors present at that stage.

We use industry-standard CMYK printing processes and calibrated equipment to achieve consistent, high-quality color. However, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor due to screen calibration differences. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a physical proof or requesting a press check. Colors must be submitted in CMYK for best accuracy.
